Refund and Returns Policy

At Semdax (https://semdax.com/), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product is significantly different from the description

Return request window: within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Item must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase/order ID is required

• Product tags (if any) must be intact

Semdax reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged items (caused by customer)

• Items without original packaging

• Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

• Clearance or final sale items (if marked)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at contact@semdax.com

2. Include your Order ID and reason for return

3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

4. Ship the product (if approved)

Important: Do not send products without approval.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

• Original payment method, or

• Store credit (if applicable)

Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If you received:

• Damaged product

• Defective item

• Wrong item

We may offer a free replacement instead of refund, based on availability.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we may cover return shipping.

• If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping may be borne by the customer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account

2. Contact your payment provider

3. Then contact us at contact@semdax.com

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
